NexRep
NexRep connects third-party clients in need of contact center agents with independent contractor agents through an online marketplace.
Partnering with Bill Erickson for development, I designed a new, refreshed and flexible design that better aligned with the company’s business goals. Using custom blocks within WordPress’ Gutenberg editor, we provided NexRep with page-builder functionality to create a variety of custom landing pages without the overhead of normal page builders. The designs were adjustable to give them the flexibility they needed while still staying on-brand. As with every project, I began with a mobile-first design approach to make sure the design functions on every screen size and device.
Despite us being late to deliver the page copy you needed, you were able to hit the deadlines we originally set, with designs that give us a solid foundation to build our site around. The designs capture all of the details we discussed at the outset of the project.
Andrew was always patient and professional. He worked to overcome challenges we threw at him, while carefully guiding us to the right outcome: a well-designed website that leverages the important building blocks we need to easily and consistently expand our website over time.
